In existence in Lawrence since 1994 and hosted by First Church for nearly 20 years, Jubilee Cafe is a collaborative effort with the students of the University of Kansas to provide a free breakfast to anyone who would like to dine. We serve on Tuesdays and Fridays in Brady Hall, 7:00-8:00 am, providing restaurant-style service and a menu featuring such favorites as scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. The volunteer commitment for Jubilee Cafe is generally 5:45-8:00 am.
